Yoga is very popular these days and for good reason . This is the perfect way to calm and provide great benefits , such as greater flexibility and body control . There are many programs out there that offer a combination of poses that will help in the areas of body shades . In this article I will share five of my favorite and most beneficial poses.

May . child asks

It's a great pose between asanas and begin each series of poses. It is not the most physically demanding poses , but it really helps to calm down , get in the moment and to be synchronized with the breath. Long inhale and exhale yoga is the key , and understandable , it is often overlooked by beginners. The child pose helps me remember .

April . Warrior 1

There are some warrior pose in yoga, but I 'm a big fan of the first . Warrior in a breast before the tip, while the other lifts his body remains in a row. For me , the best of this position is that activates the legs and has a nice touch in the hip area .

Three . The Cat and Cow

Many experienced yoga practitioners can call me crazy here , but honestly , I love this pose. This is relatively easy , but very effective back muscles represent. And let's face it these muscles receive a beating in a normal day . The facility also helps soothe and recharge the battery during hard times .

Two . Tree pose , eagle arms

Number 2 is actually a combination of poses , one is the tree pose (balance, the activation of legs ) , but combined with the eagle arms ( shoulder stretch ) . By combining these two positions your body gets significant benefits for both the upper body and lower body . It is very difficult and puts a lot of pressure on the muscles of the leg , but worth it . To do this , and probably will wake up like nothing else .

1. Downdog / ft at times

Hey , wait a minute ! These two can not be combined ? Yes , it's true . I have to be honest , I cheated a little on this, but I think these two are really raises a couple because you can start a dog down and jump forward while standing forward bend . Both attitudes are great for the hamstrings (mine are very tight) and really can wake up in the morning. My favorite and most effective poses, try to implement into your daily routine !
